Recipro[city] is a collaboration by myself and students from Michael Carriere's history class at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
The project pays homage to the city of Milwaukee's environmentalists, cultural workers and sustainable systems who envision urban spaces designed and built to accommodate the natural world, visualizing the health of a community with daily access to green spaces and water. This project is funded by Sculpture Milwaukee.

This sculpture contains a self watering system where water sits in the bottom of the basin and reaches the plant roots from below, through capillary action. This is an in progress photo. The work debuts at the Dear Nature Exhibition on April 21st, 2023, and will run till mid October 2023.
